Front of House

Our FOH Team Members are:

Friendly, energetic, and welcoming, representatives of the Rakuzen Ramen House. Host/Front of the House Team Members make up our amazing Service Team who are responsible for providing our guests exceptional service and a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greets all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner

  • Has a complete understanding of the full menu to assist guests with menu choices such as dealing with allergies and other dietary needs

  • Takes orders and serves meals & beverages promptly both in-store and online

  • Follows all safety and sanitation rules/practices

  • Identify guest issues/complaints and report to the manager

  • Take phone orders and process mobile orders

  • Complete opening and closing shift duties.

  • Helps bus and set tables, performs side-work and cleaning duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to be vigilant and attentive to customers’ needs

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Must have valid food handler’s permit, alcohol serving license preferred

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

  • 21+ years of age

Back of House

Our BOH Team Members are:

Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, confident, hardworking, and ambitious

Our BOH team members make up the amazing team responsible for delicately crafting each bowl to perfection. BOH staff observe and engaged in preparing, portioning, and insure of cooking methods

Making sure stock inventory appropriately

Ability to implement sanitation regulations and safety standards.

Maintain a positive and professional approach with guests and colleagues

Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced high-energy environment and committed to providing absolute guest satisfaction with a willingness to learn.

  • Cook and prepare all menu items in accordance with standards set by the Chef

  • Ability to work multiple kitchen Stations

  • Take record of inventory

  • Follows all safety and sanitation rules/practices

  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with guests and coworkers

  • Flexible schedule

Qualifications:

 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to be vigilant and attentive to customers’ needs

  • Must have a valid food handler’s permit

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

  • Able to anticipate the needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
